What if my card is charged, but I do not receive the product?

If your card is charged and you do not receive the product, the pending charge you see will disappear within 48 hours. 

How does the machine know I did not get my product?

Each machine has a sensor that detects whether a product has been dispensed. If that sensor is not hit, then your money will be refunded to your account.

We supply all of our customers with a system for refunds to ensure lost money is refunded promptly.

We clean machines at every service. Our preventative maintenance measures help to eliminate issues before they arise, and keep your machine looking sharp and running smoothly.

8. Credit or Debit?

How about both! All of our machines and kiosks are equipped with card readers that take credit cards, Apple Pay, and account cards.

9. Who are your route drivers?

Our route drivers are passionate about making your vending experience the best that it can possibly be! They are happy to take requests, suggestions, and anything else that you may need.
